I honestly didn’t think I could keep up with this exercise regime consistently.. I have done and think I will continue to do so, which is awesome. Waking up early I get a lot of things done.. Like exercise, eating breakfast, making lunch.. Doing dishes and picking out work clothes without rushing because I’m running late! Trust me.. It doesn’t sound like it is that much of a big deal.. But it kind of is!
My body aches.. Stomach, arms, legs, face.. Lol.. And other places where I didn’t even know muscles existed! People have commented on the change.. Which is nice.. But I think I’m past wanting people to compliment me and am full on getting fit for me and staying fit! I honestly didn’t think it could be so satisfying.. If there was ever a time I was wrong..
I am very proud of you I have to admit – and somewhat jealous. I work hard just to maintain my level of fitness – which is not very much! lol I don’t how you manage to keep going with it. I have heard that when people get super fit they kinda get hooked on the fitness bug and keep going even more. Is sounds like you’re reaching that level. I bet you look fantastic – good for you 🙂
I think I may get to that stage and continue because I’d want to maintain the level of fitness.. But we’ll see. I didn’t think I’d get like that.. But I wouldn’t be surprised if I did! *hehe*
