Healthy Meals..
As you know.. I’m excited about this new regime I have started of keeping fit and getting as healthy as can be!
I spent quite a bit of time today researching various types of foods were good for me and how I could adapt my current diet to make it better than what it is now.
Tonight, for dinner, I am having lean turkey mince with onions, garlic and jalapeno with some steamed kale with lime. Healthy food can definitely be tasty food.. This I am sure.
I think I am also going to be eating more salmon, sweet potato (if I eat any more I will turn into one!), egg whites, asparagus, chicken breast, peppers.. there are just so many tasty variations that I am yet to discover..
I wanted to make a lean turkey burger with Portobello mushrooms as the bun.. but I was the only one excited about it.. so I think that will be kept for another day!
Healthy eating is the bomb dot-com.. and I am excited about the new journey I am actively deciding to embark on 🙂

I am partial to smoothies with wheat grass lately. Also, rice and black beans with sliced garlic and onions. Don’t kiss me after that though.

I haven’t tried smoothies for a long time! I usually have fruit ones and I’ll drink my wheat grass mixed in with some orange juice 🙂
I’m starting to learn to like beans.. for now I can only just tolerate kidney beans.. I think any others and its still a no go! Rice, onions and garlic.. I defo love!!
