Fixed!
Good news!
My uncle fixed my laptop! It’s working and it is not freezing or switching itself off and the screen no longer flashes!
I am quite happy because it has been a long time since I had a fully functioning machine.. My Skype is still being a bit questionable but I can live without it.

It’s bedtime for me.. I need to rest up.. I have a lot of travelling to do tomorrow 😦
