30 Day Abs Challenge

I am not unfit.. I’m just not as fit as I can be right now.. but I am working on it!

Today, I started the 30 Day Abs Challenge.

Wow. It hurts!

I have included what I am doing below just so you get the idea of my next 30 days:

Am I scared? You have no idea! I started this today and my core muscles are crying and this is just the beginning.

I’ll keep you guys updated and let you know how it is going probably first on day 15, then again on day 30.

  1. Good grief! Increasing that much each day? Not a hope for me! I’ve worked up to 30 sit ups per day but can’t get beyond that! I do other exercises too but increasing by 5 of anything every day is impossible! I hereby declare you fitter than me right from the off!
