Tacos!
My internet can be a little dodgy.. Probably because I am using my phone for the most part.
As you probably already know.. food excites me. Like really excites me. After having finished all I needed to do today at work and with a little bit of time left to go, I set about organising my taco night on Saturday.
So I plan to have open-faced tacos with homemade guacamole, salsa and a range of toppings.
Thinking about it and planning what I’ll need and how many people I’m cooking for made me so excited! So many thoughts were bouncing around my mind and I almost began to start hyperventilating!
I settled on cheese, cherry tomatoes, spring onion and marshmallow fluff for the toppings, in addition to the guacamole and homemade salsa.. without forgetting the mince that I would have mixed with onions, garlic and a little pepper 🙂
Ooh.. I may throw some tortilla chips in there too.. For pre or post dipping.. Now there’s a thought!
