I like baking too..
If you hadn’t already noticed.. I like eating.. a lot.
My latest vice seems to be pancakes.. I’ve had them four or five times this week.. but only once have they been for breakfast. My other vice.. Shortbread cookies (Not setting my apple juice obsession aside).
I made four the other day because I was craving them. I don’t have my cookie cutters with me.. and don’t have my rolling-pin either.. So I used my clingfilm as my rolling-pin and my hands as the cookie cutters.
It’s fine.. I enjoy the rustic look. Ha
The sprinkle of sugar over the top was the perfect touch.. I want cookies *she begins to cry*
Shortbread are undoubtedly the best cookie in the world.
