Day 263..#Fajitas

This morning, I made my parents Chinese chicken fajitas with mixed peppers for lunch.

This evening, my father and brother went to Tesco and my dad called and asked if he bought chicken breasts..could I do anything with them..hint hint..ha ha

I told him that if he wanted, I could make the fajitas again for lunch tomorrow and before I leave to go back to University on Thursday.

Needless to say he was happy.

Then my brother called and asked if I could add salsa and some other things to the fajitas that I was going to make for him before he headed back to University tomorrow morning as he’s doing a favour for me tonight so I owe him..

Talk about guilt trip!
