Day 238..#Meet the Superhumans..

I’m getting extremely excited as the days press on.

There are 5 days left until the start of the Paralympics!

If you live in the United Kingdom like I do, you have probably already seen this advertisement.

*I hope you can all watch this in your respective countries*

I love this advert because it makes me happy. It makes me smile.

I *love* how they call these Olympians Superhuman..I love that re-branding.

They do have disabilities, but that shouldn’t define them and it doesn’t.

That makes them Superhuman.

I think they are so awesome!

A.W.E.S.O.M.E!

This all thanks to Sir Ludwig Guttmann. He used sport as rehabilitation, by starting an archery competition for injured British Veterans in turn birthing the Paralympic games.

I can’t wait for the games to begin!!

 

This is set to be the best Paralympics ever!
