Day 237..#One Lovely Blog Award
Yesterday evening, Terry at Terry1954 gave me the One Lovely Blog Award!
I would just love to say a huge thank you to Terry who is an absolutely amazing woman!
As well as being an uplifting person, she is caring, honest, patient and funny, and it comes across in her blogs! She is currently writing a book that she posts chapter by chapter on her blog, and I always enjoy reading the chapters. She is an incredibly talented woman!
Terry, like us all; has good days and bad days..and even on her tougher days, she manages to be positive and remain optimistic that the next day would be better..and I love that about her!

Seven things about me, lets see..
i) Sometimes I sleep on my bedroom floor because I just don’t want to sleep in the bed..happens quite often actually..
ii) I like sleeping on the floor..but I’m not a big fan of camping..I’ve been camping once. We slept inside. And the room was en-suite. Ha ha ha
iii) I am about to go into my final year of University at the School of Engineering, Design and Technology
iv) I prefer winter to summer because it’s easier for me to get warm in the winter than cool in the summer..but then saying that..I cannot take public transport when it rains. It can’t stand the smell!
v) When I was 17, I got a record deal..my dad looked over the contract and said no! Ha ha! I can laugh about it now!
vi) I never used to speak unless spoken to. I started speaking without prompting a few months before my 12th birthday (I think). I read a lot though 🙂
vii) I *hate* going shopping. I’d rather do it on-line. I only really go when I really, really, desperately need something. Food shopping..I thoroughly enjoy though!

I dear girl, I don’t know how you sleep on the floor! And are you going back to Portugal for school, or staying home? You must be excited about finally finishing up. And congrats on the award!
The floor is pretty comfortable..and it actually helps when I have back pain. If I sleep on my bed with back pain..because of my mattress..it’s a good mattress..but my pain will be the same in the morning or worse..the floor is my friend..just give me a duvet to put underneath me and a duvet on top to cover me, and I’m good to go..pillows optional!
I’m staying in the UK now for school..no more Portugal..not for education anyway, and yes..I’m extremely excited to finally be finishing, it’s been way too long!
