Day 223..#Luggage..

 

I’m sensing a pattern.

Last summer when I went to the United States I packed a lot for my stay. I got back to the UK, and 3 weeks later I was off to Portugal for the year.

Today, when I was looking for my lovely maxi dress that I hadn’t seen for almost a year..

n.b. That is NOT my room!! Just thought I’d put that out there!

..I found my luggage that I’d packed to the States sitting in the spare room of my house, under empty suitcases and other pieces of luggage, and it had NOT been unpacked from my last holiday!

To say I was shocked was an understatement! I started laughing and rummaging through the bag, finding clothes that I thought I had lost.

I took out my maxi dress, zipped it back up, and piled everything back on top of it like they had been positioned previously..

*At least now I know it’s there!*

I’m sure if I hadn’t been in such a rush to jet off to Portugal, I can only assume I would have unpacked the bag!

The reason why I don’t want to unpack is because I don’t have anywhere to put my things..I’m going back to my University city in less than a month, so I don’t want to have to unpack, to pack back up again and move.

That is the reason why I have been back from Portugal for 2 weeks and 2 days and still not unpacked that luggage either.

*exhales*

Tomorrow, I have to get another suitcase and start unpacking and repacking my things towards my move back up to University..

..But..I have a lot of clothes and other items strewn all over various places in my house..

Maybe I’ll wait until next week before I start..Only because tomorrow, I have to wash my hair 😛

 

But I’ll start on Monday..
