Day 160..#Well Done..You’re 2nd..

I usually take that as a sign that I’ve won..so I proceeded to scream and holler..jumping up and down jubilantly!
I mean..I’ve never won anything like this before..
I responded by saying..
“Me?! What?!
😮”
Then a minute later I got this response:
“You’re 2nd”
SECOND?! What?!
In my excitement..I became confused “Oh 😦 Does that mean I lost?”
Well duh it means you lost!! Since when was 2nd first?!
“But you said ‘Well Done‘” I implored,
“I said that to everyone” he responded.
My joy dimmed..I sat down and tried to figure out how someone could have possibly been faster than me..
I couldn’t.
I hung my head in shame.
“:( Oh well..” I said “Win some, lose some”
2nd means there’s only one other person ahead of you that beat you to it..
There’s always next time I guess!

Ooh, that sucks!!!! Everyone knows that when they start off by saying “We’d like to thank you…” that it’s going to be a case of “Thanks but no thanks.” That guys an amateur! 😉
