Day 143..#Disturbing to Watch..

What is this world coming to?!

How could this couple even consider something so wrong?

This made me really upset. I hope the child was taken out of their care, because clearly they have no idea how to treat a child!

Viewer discretion is advised.

  1. how ignorant! how stupid! my heart was wrenching at this.

  2. I sat here in shock! How stupid is this! How can any parent put a child through that, and it looked like a dryer which the temp alone could have killed that little baby, not to mention the concussion from being banged around in it! How can parents do this kind of thing? If I had been that baby’s mother that man would have been smacked silly for being so careless and cruel! I hope that child was alright and that he was taken and put in a safe home!

    • Apparently the baby just had bumps and bruises and he was fine..but I still don’t understand the logic behind sticking a child inside a dryer/washing machine..what happens when the drum fills up with water and that water chokes the baby to death or starts spinning him at such a fast speed he obtains brain damage..its just terrible and it makes me angry..before you pick up a toddler and stick them in a washer/dryer..put yourself in it first!

      • It’s just common sense that it is unsafe for a child and that guy who stuck that baby in there just showed how stupid he is. I’m surprised no one called the police, they just stood there and watched it happening. It only takes a teaspoon of water for someone to drown, that child would have died quickly. I thought it was a dryer, but wondered if it was a washer instead. It is so wrong. Poor baby!

      • Poor baby indeed!
When I watched it my mouth hung open in shock..its just something you don’t do!

      • I did the same. Mouth wide open and look of unbelief, and Jk came in and knew immediately that I was in shock. She asked what was wrong and I showed her. She was angry at those parents!

      • And with good reason!

  4. Oh bummer… It is no longer available…

  5. Hi young lady.

I saw this video a few days ago and it made wonder how parents, let’s just say parents-in-training could ever do such a thing. What a traumatic moment for this child. No one is ever without a need and these parents-in-training are definately in need of prayer.

God bless this young child and his parents.

    • I watched a story today on MSNBC News, that stated that the “parents” in the video were not actually parents, the woman was the child’s babysitter and the man was someone she knew. The baby’s mother spoke on the news and said that she will be pressing charges. She even stated that she does not know who the man that had her child was..and she was *shocked* when she saw the footage as the babysitter had told her that her son got his bumps and bruises from falling down two steps..*sigh*

  6. Oh no! I don’t get to see the video. It says it’s been removed because of dodgy content! EEK! Was it really bad? It is terrible what folk get up to and what they get away with!

    • It was a guy that put a 2 year old toddler in a washing machine at a Laundromat. It then switched on and started spinning the child around.
      Was terrible.

      • I youtubed it later on last night… oh my gosh. I noticed the descriptor said something like, ‘Don’t be too hard on the guy, he was just trying to keep the kid entertained.’

What on earth is that all about?! Can you imagine how immensely distressing that must have been for the kid (and the two of them)? It’ll take years in therapy! (I say that last part in a slightly ironical tone, but you know it’s probably true, and no wonder!!!). Seriously disturbing!

      • As terrible as it was..that wasn’t even the kids parents..the girl was his babysitter and the mother said she didn’t know who the guy was..*sigh*

      • That is oh so bad… I don’t want to get too ‘preachy’, but in this day and age, you’ve got to be careful who you leave your kids with. Whenever I’ve babysat in the past, I would never have contemplated turning up with/meeting up with someone who’s a stranger to my employer… man, not good. At least the child’s okay!

      • I definitely agree..and it’s not preachy! It’s the truth!
        But yeah..I’m glad he’s okay too! 😛
