Day 136..#One Lovely Blog Award!

I really wanted to post this yesterday..but my hayfever was making my eyes itch like crazy!

Couple that with the fact I had contact lenses in my eyes..I was quite distressed to say the least.. Nothing splashing cold water on your face can’t fix! 🙂

So yesterday, Bird gave me this AWESOME award!!

Anyone on my page would know that Bird is spectacular.

I have spoken about her before and will gladly do so once again.

She listens, she advises, she is caring, genuine and kind. Her words are always thoughtful and she is honest.

She is like a second mother to me..although I do feel like we are the same age (Both 22)!

I can say Bird is my friend..and when I envision or think about her..I think about the Proverbs 31 woman every time.

She may disagree that she is..but from what I’ve been shown..and how she is perceived to me..I will continue to think so.

Bird is unique. God-centred and driven, and no matter what is going on in her world, she is always able to smile..unless she’s not..but I’ve noticed when I have down days..she seems to have the same..and arm in arm..we can uplift each other.

I want to say thank you for awarding me something so lovely..and I hope as our friendship has flourished, that it continues to go from strength to strength!

Apparently there are no rules to this award!

Scott Mitchell of Evoking the Deep

Scott has some phenomenal and visualising poetry..about love and romance..he encouraged me to dig my poetry out of the archives and not be afraid to publish them..and I’ve started writing again! It’s been a while! Check out his blog..you won’t be disappointed!
