Today I almost passed out due to my hayfever..an hour of incessant sneezing somehow gets to your head!
I must remember to take my antihistamines..

I feel better now actually..I took some antihistamines..fell asleep because they make me drowsy and drank a lot of water..
But the humidity is awful!

I’ve taped the packet to my bedroom door..*he he*..now I won’t forget to take one every morning!
Ireland – four seasons in one day at this time of year. I am told drinking water supresses the production of histamines – certainly a pint of water drank quickly works very well for me. – It wouldn’t hurt to try, water poisoning isn’t very common. It has to be room temp. though, otherwise it can be difficult to drink in any way fast.
That’s what my mum was saying today about London..it’s been rainy for a while!
I will make sure I carry an extra bottle with me..today was terrible! Thanks for the advice!

I remembered this morning to take my medicine..so so far..I’m good..
But I think it’s because the weather changed so dramatically..it really caught me off guard! But I’m welcoming it with open arms! Everybody loves the sunshine! 🙂
